Adult eligibility

Retreats are intended for adult guests. Casino access is separately subject to the minimum legal age, identity verification, applicable jurisdiction and vessel rules. Meeting the retreat age requirement does not guarantee casino access in every location.

Requests and sailing periods

A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Preferred sailing periods and current route options are reviewed by reservations and confirmed separately. No travel arrangement exists until final terms, guest eligibility and payment requirements are accepted.

Prices and cabin availability

Displayed prices are indicative starting fares per adult guest. Final pricing depends on route, accommodation, occupancy and availability. Taxes and standard port charges are included where stated. Cabin allocation remains subject to confirmation.

Itinerary changes and port rules

Routes, calls, sequence, duration and onboard operations may change for weather, safety, port direction, legal restriction or operational necessity. Guests must follow embarkation, identification, security and conduct requirements issued for the confirmed journey.

Casino access and gambling

The physical casino may operate only when route, territorial and vessel conditions permit. It closes in ports or territorial waters where required. Casino wagers are separate from the fare. Posted table limits, cashier procedures, age checks and staff directions apply. Gambling must be treated as entertainment; staff may restrict access for safety, conduct or responsible gambling reasons.

Guest conduct

Guests must treat staff and others respectfully, follow safety instructions, and avoid disruptive, unlawful or dangerous conduct. Access to venues, alcohol service or activities may be limited where appropriate.

Changes and cancellations

Specific amendment, cancellation, refund and substitution conditions are supplied before booking confirmation. Those confirmed booking conditions prevail over general website summaries.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, website information is provided for general pre-booking guidance and may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
